Eligibility
Who is Eligible for ECEAP?
Children must be 3 years old but not yet 5 years old on August 31st of the school year, and:
- Edmonds School District Residents
- At or below 36% of the State Median Income (SMI), or 100% of the State Median Income for Tribal Children or
- On Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for special education or
- Experiencing homelessness or
- Had previous enrollment in *B-3/eclipse or
- Some children may be accepted who are over the income limit, if they have developmental or environmental factors.
*Children in foster or kinship care are automatically eligible.
*Children transitioning from Early Head Start or Early Intervention programs are eligible at age three.
