Mission

Edmonds School District’s mission is to advocate for each and every student by providing learning environments that embrace their cultural and linguistic diversity as an asset that will prepare them for success as lifelong learners and responsible world citizens.

Student Services' mission is to support students in learning, as well as their basic physical, social, and emotional needs. Student Services support students by creating tools and resources for students learning; provides leadership for teaching programs, in student health and safety, in student assessments and learning standards, and by directly providing resources and services to teachers and families.
