Elementary Mathematics (Grades K–6)
Our elementary math program uses Math Expressions, developed by Dr. Karen Fuson and published by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Math Expressions emphasizes a deep understanding of arithmetic and its connection to algebraic thinking. The curriculum combines hands-on exploration, visual models, and problem-solving strategies to build strong mathematical reasoning skills.
Instruction at every grade level aligns with and meets or exceeds the Washington State Mathematics Learning Standards.
