Food Service Payment Directions
There are three ways to add funds to your student's meal account. Please note, we cannot take any payments over the phone or email.
1. The cashier in any of our lunchrooms can accept cash (exact change only) or a check made out to Edmonds School District Food and Nutrition for the amount you wish to add to your student's account, directly from your student. Please note your student's name in the memo/note field if you submit a check.
2. A parent or guardian can pay using cash (exact change only), a check made out to the Edmonds School District Food and Nutrition, or with a card in the main office of your student(s) school. The funds will be entered by the designated office staff member and deposited on your student(s) account.
3. A parent or guardian can pay by credit or debit card through the district payment portal site, InTouch, using the directions below:
a. Navigate to the district InTouch Payment Portal, either through the link above or by clicking on Families on the front page of the district website

b. Then click on the Payment option

c. This will take you to the inTouch payment portal page. Once there, type in your username (usually the same as your Skyward Family Access username). Then type in your password (independatly set).

d. If it is your first time using inTouch you will need to use the 1st Time Parent link to set your password.

e. If you have used the payment portal before but you cannot remember your username and/or password, please click on the Forgot Username or Password button.

Then enter the email address associated with your Skyward Family Access account or the username for your account.

f. Once you have entered the account you should see your student or student's name. Click on their name to proceed. If you do not see your student, DO NOT CONTINUE. You are not able to purchase meals for your student if you cannot click on their name. This ususally means your log-in information is not connected with your student's account. Please reach out to Food Service at fnsoffice@edmonds.wednet.edu for assistance.

g. After you click on the student you are shopping for, you will see a light blue bar showing your students current meal balance. You should also see a quick option to add funds to your students meal account. Enter the amount you wish to purchase and click Buy.

h. After you enter the amount you want to purchase and click Buy, you can then click on the Checkout option at the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to a Checkout Review page. Review the purchase and make any adjustments or additions. Then click Checkout.

i. Finally, on the payment screen, enter your payment information and click Pay Now to complete the transaction.

Once the payment is processed, it will take approximately 15-30 minutes to fully update the student's account in Skyward for purchasing.
