Directions for Parent/Guardian to Access Their Notice of Eligibility

1. Log into Skyward Family Access - Skyward Family Access Log-in Help
2. Click on Portfolio Square: 

    

3. Look for the "NOTICE OF ELIGIBILITY" with the most recent date in the current school year.  If you do not see a NOTICE OF ELIGIBILITY letter for the current school year, it means we do not yet have a current application or approval processed for meal benefits for your student. 

4. Click on the Download option on the right side of the screen: 

    

5. If you need a letter from a previous school year, you can look further down the list for a Notice of Eligibility in the time period of that school year.
6. The Notice of Eligibility will list your student(s) as FREE or REDUCED if they are approved for meal benefits or will show PAID status if they are not approved for meal benefits for a school year. Once approved, the student(s) are approved for the remainder of the given school year. 

    

7. Notice of Eligibilty Letters are only available in English. If you need additional language assistance, please contact the Language Access Team or call them at 425-431-1100.
