Report Cards in ParentSquare
Edmonds School District uses ParentSquare as a secure platform for sharing student report cards with families. This approach allows us to share direct links to report cards, making it easier for parents and guardians to access and engage with these important student records.
Access report cards from email
Parents and guardians will receive an email containing each student's report card as a secure document. The email subject line will include the student's name and the report card name (for example, "Student Name – 2025 Winter Report Card").
In the email body, you will need to click on the button "View Document." A new website window will open and ask you to sign into ParentSquare:
For student record safety, you will need to sign in again as a parent or guardian. If you have already registered your ParentSquare account, then simply sign in using your email address and password. If you have not yet registered your ParentSquare account, type in your email address and you will receive a second email with instructions to register your account online.
If you have registered your ParentSquare account but don’t remember your password, click on the “Forgot password?” link and type in your email address for ParentSquare to send a new email with instructions for changing your password.
Access report cards in ParentSquare App
Parents and guardians with the ParentSquare app will receive a push notification with each student's report card as a linked secure document in addition to a direct email.
The report card will be posted within the Student Notices area within each student's section and you will need to click on the button "View Document." For student record safety, you will need to either re-enter your ParentSquare password or use Touch ID for ParentSquare (if setup) for the document to display.
Report Cards in Skyward
All student report cards will continue to be posted in Skyward Family Access with the same access as previously posted report cards.

To view the report card please click on the "View Document" button and verify your ParentSquare account.

If you have any questions about the report card, please reach out to your student’s teacher for assistance and ask for an interpreter over the phone.
