Summer Activities
2023-24 Summer Activities
Coaches may begin offering Summer Activities starting Tuesday, May 28th, 2024. All incoming and current high school students are eligible to participate.
In order to participate in any Edmonds School District-sponsored Summer Activities, students must submit the following:
1) Summer Activities Packet. Complete and submit the Summer Activities packet for the sport(s) you plan to participate in. If planning to participate in more than one (1) sport, please complete a packet for each sport. Please fax/scan your packet directly to your high school.
2) Enrollment. Students must be enrolled for the upcoming school year in order to be eligible for participation in Summer Activities.
3) Sports Physical. Your high school athletic office must have a copy of your current sports physical on file.
Reminder: Sport Physicals are good for 2 years
If your middle school does not send the hard-copy physical to your high school and/or you are coming to our District from out-of-District, you will need to drop off a new copy to your high school athletic secretary.
4) Required Health Forms. Complete ESD Health Forms if your student has a life threatening allergy or needs medication administered at school, please use the following form(s) and send to your school.
