Summer Activities

2025-26 Summer Activities

Coaches may begin offering Summer Activities starting Monday, June 2, 2025. All incoming and current high school students are eligible to participate. 

In order to participate in any Edmonds School District-sponsored Summer Activities, students must submit the following:
 

1) Summer Activities Paperwork. Through Final Forms, complete the required Summer Activity paperwork, and all other required Final Forms electronic forms. Complete a Summer Activities informed consent for the sport(s) you plan to participate in. If planning to participate in more than one (1) sport, please complete a Summer Activities Informed Consent for each sport.

2) Enrollment. Students must be enrolled for the upcoming school year in order to be eligible for participation in Summer Activities. Once enrolled, students will be added to Final Forms. 

3) Sports Physical. Your high school athletic office must have a copy of your current sports physical on file. *Please upload a copy of recent/updated sports physical directly to FinalForms for expedited processing*
Reminder: Sport Physicals are good for 2 years
If your middle school does not send the hard-copy physical to your high school and/or you are coming to our District from out-of-District, you will need to upload a copy of your current sports physical into Final Forms and/or drop off a new copy to your high school athletic secretary.

4) Required Health Forms. Complete ESD Health Forms if your student has a life threatening allergy or needs medication administered at school, please use the following form(s) and send to your school.
