Oak Heights Elementary Project Updates
Oak Height Elementary School's construction continues to progress according to schedule. All geothermal drilling has been completed. Site activities run concurrently, covering drainage and rock placement for the playground and field, turf field delivery and installation, plus continued work on site concrete, electrical infrastructure, and irrigation/landscaping are taking place. Other exterior building work includes sheet metal flashing, siding, brick installation, and window and door frame installation.
Interior tasks focus on installing tackable wall surfaces, ceramic tile, wood wall panels, hallway acoustical ceiling panels, and completing MEP trim, framing, drywall hanging, taping, and miscellaneous painting.

The geothermal well drilling and all roofing work have been completed. As part of the ongoing project, a new synthetic turf field will be installed. This is an exciting addition that will support students’ passion for soccer and serve the broader needs of the community. The undercover play area is erected and the finishing touches being finalised. Construction across all areas continues to progress according to schedule.
