This project is one of the largest projects Edmonds School District has completed while fully occupying a school district facility. The contractor put safety measures in place to keep all students, staff and community safe for the duration of the project. It was completed on time, within budget, and nearly 2 years ahead of its originally scheduled bond timeline. We would like to thank our progressive design build partner, Hermanson Construction, and their team of subcontractors, along with Metrix Engineers, and other consultants. We would like to recognize the Mountlake Terrace High School staff and students who, despite ongoing construction during the 2024-2025 summer and school year, successfully coordinated their efforts to ensure teaching and learning continued without disruption.
