Welcome to Capital Projects
Capital Projects is responsible for administration of the District's Bond and Capital Levy projects. This involves managing the planning, design and construction of new facilities, as well as the modernization and renovation of existing school buildings and other facilities.
It is through the continued support by the community of the capital bond and levy programs that the District is able to make these improvements. Thank you for enabling us to create a better learning environment to support our students, staff and community.

The first phase of the Mountlake Terrace Highschool HVAC project completed this September with functional replacement of the boilers, domestic hot water systems and associated pumps.

The project has just completed procurement steps and assembled a team which lead its design and construction.

The College Place Elementary and College Place Middle School replacement project is currently in the schematic design phase.
