Free Flu Shots Available to Students Beginning Oct. 2

Free flu immunization clinics for students have been arranged by the Edmonds School District in partnership with the Seattle Visiting Nurse Association. Clinics are open to all Edmonds School District children (ages four and older), their families, and community members.*

Clinics will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.at the following central locations within the district:

  • Lynnwood High School: Monday, October 2
  • Edmonds-Woodway High School: Wednesday, October 4
  • Meadowdale High School: Tuesday, October 10
  • Mountlake Terrace High School: Thursday, October 12

Clinics are open to all Edmonds School District children (ages four and older), their families, and community members. Please note that students under the age of 18 will need a Patient Consent Form signed by a parent or guardian. Consent forms are available at the clinic or on the District website.

You must provide health insurance information, if available. Almost all insurance plans are accepted, except for Cigna. Students 18 and under will be offered an immunization at no cost. *Adults without current insurance coverage may pay the $30 immunization fee with cash or check. Please join us and help keep our schools, families and communities healthy and flu free this season!
