Early Entrance Screening Application

STEP 1     Click DocuSign link to view online application (THIS LINK WILL BE AVAILABLE MARCH 1, 2024)

STEP 2     Review pages 1 through 3

STEP 3     Complete screening application on page 4  

STEP 4     Attach your child's birth certificate on the screening application.  Look for the paper clip at the top right corner of the application page. 

STEP 5     Submit

STEP 6     Pay application fee*.  Click on the tab Payment Options (second tab above) for details.

*If you qualify for a free evaluation (see application for details) you can disregard the payment portion. Please follow the income eligibility guidelines posted on the USDA website.

Early Entrance screening application is due in the Edmonds School District main office NO LATER than May 15, 2024 by 4 PM.

Early Entrance screening fee is $100.
