What is Family Access?
Family Access is an easy-to-use website that allows parents and guardians to access information about their students from any device with Internet access. Family Access allows parents to play a more involved role in their student’s education and improve communication with the school.
Parents and guardians, you may click on "
Forgot your Login/Password?" and then enter your email address (the one associated with your student's record) to gain access to your account. Or you may obtain your login/password information from your student's school office.
The U.S. Department of Education and OSPI recently expanded the list of ethnicity and race categories to improve the quality of reported information and close educational opportunity gaps. They are requiring all student data be updated.
We ask parents and guardians to update the ethnicity and race categories for each student. Login to Skyward Family Access and go through the “Student/Family Information Update.”

Family Access features:
- Single login allows parents to view the records of all students within a single family.
- Ability to subscribe to email notifications on student’s attendance and grades (secondary).
- Make updates to phone numbers and emails for student and/or family.
- Parents of elementary students can view:
- Attendance
- Fee/Fine Information
- Food Service balances
- Report Cards
- Schedule
- Student Information
- Immunization Record
- Test Scores
- Messages from schools and teachers
- Parents of secondary students can view:
- All of the above plus –
- Academic History – grades from previous years
- Activities
- Educational Milestones
- Gradebook – current grades and assignments
- Graduation Requirements
To change password or email address
Use My Account button in the top right corner to change your password or email. Use Change Password to change your password. To enter or change your email address, enter the new value under Account Settings and click Save.

Forgot your login name or password?
If your email address has been entered, you can use the link on the login screen to send your login and password to that email address.

Subscribe to email notifications
The My Account screen also includes an area to set-up email notifications for attendance, food service balance, or grades and progress reports (secondary only).

Email your student’s teacher
Email addresses are available for your students’ teachers by clicking the name in the Schedule or Gradebook screens.
Food & Nutrition Services
Check food balance, find student’s key pad number, or apply for free/reduced meals or make a payment
Click the Food Service tab – the blue lettered words allow you to view more information.

Check current grades (secondary only)
Click the Gradebook tab to see your student’s current grades. Use the Display Options to customize how much information displays on the screen.
