Step 2 & 3: Documentation and Forms
Before completing enrollment, please collect required documentation (Step 2 below). Families can then choose to register in one of two ways:
- Online enrollment through DocuSign and online payment
- Paper enrollment and online payment
Step 2: Gather Documentation
- Proof of residency (utility or other bill works just fine)
- Proof of age (birth certificate or passport)
Step 3: Complete screening application
Note: Applications are no longer being accepted for 2024-25 Early Entrance testing. Registration was open between March 1 and May 15, 2024.
As part of the screening application you will upload digital copies of your documentation for proof of age and proof of residency.
