6400 - Staff Evaluation



Each employee's performance shall be evaluated at least once each year, except that new staff members (certificated and classified) shall be evaluated also within ninety (90) calendar days after commencing employment with the district, or within the time specified in the applicable collective bargaining agreement or memorandum of understanding. The immediate supervisor or his/her designee shall be responsible for employee evaluation. The superintendent shall ensure that criteria and procedures are established for staff evaluation.
