DISTRICT LOANER EQUIPMENT
The Edmonds School District has the following items available for loan: (2) Genie manlifts, one 25', one 36', Stacking/Folding Chairs, 6-ft Folding Tables, (1) Tyro Gym set, Art Display Panels, Choral Risers, Band Platforms, & four 16" stairs for Band Platforms.
These items are often in high demand. They are loaned out on a first come, first served basis!
Hauling requests for these items will be accepted any time after the beginning of the school year for that school year. Do not request unless you are absolutely sure of the dates you need the items. To ensure maximum availability, please be specific as to the actual delivery time needed. Try to use these items for actual events only! (rehearsal usage could deprive another facility from event usage).
Note: just before Holidays, Spring Break, and Graduation week are peak demand times.

Items available for Loan:
Band Platforms
Band Platforms are loaned out by the individual platform and the district has the following available for loan:
All platforms are 4-feet x 8-feet. Order by desired height from floor.
Currently, we have 8 platforms at 8" tall, 6 platforms at 16" tall, 10 platforms at 24" tall, and 12 platforms at 32" tall. There are also 4 stairs (@ 16 " height) available for these platforms.
Folding chairs come 40 to a rack and the district has
2760 available for loan
Stacking chairs come 25 to a rack and the district has 700 available for loan
Tables come 10 to a cart and the district
has 280 available for loan
Choral risers are loaned out by the individual riser and the district has 34 available for loan

First number indicates how many high school students will fit on a riser set if all students stand shoulder to shoulder. Second number indicates how many students will fit on a riser if they are all facing center with shoulders overlapping. Numbers include a row of students standing on the floor. Adult groups should use the lower number.
Free-standing art panels are loaned out by the individual panel and the district has 53 total available for loan. There are two sizes available. Brown panels are 5' x 5' and we have 28 available. Grey panels are 4' x 4' and we have 25 available.
