  • Neighborhood School Finder — Locate Your Child's Bus Route
    By entering your home address into this website, you can find out which neighborhood school your child will attend as well as the options for transportation available to your child. School bus routes are also on the site, telling you at what location and at what time to expect the bus to pick up and drop off your child.

  • Regular to and from Student Transportation
    An elementary school student whose residence is further than one radius mile from his/her normal school of assignment shall be eligible for transportation to and from such school.

    A middle or high school student whose residence is further than one radius mile from his/her normal school of assignment shall be eligible for transportation to and from such school.

    All 'non-special education' bus stops shall be located at least one radius mile away from the school destination.

  • Special Needs Transportation
    A handicapped student (as defined in RCW 28A.155.020) who is not ambulatory or who is not capable of protecting his/her welfare while walking to and from school will be provided transportation to and from the assigned school. Transportation will not make special transportation arrangements without direction from Student Services. The Student Services Department will advise the Transportation Department of specific transportation requirements.

  • Transporting Large Objects on School Buses
    WAC 392-145-021 states that "Heavy, sharp, bulky and/or other articles which may be hazardous in the event of an accident or an emergency stop shall not be transported in the passenger area of any school bus."

    Skateboards must be in a sturdy bag to be brought onto the school bus. Brown grocery bags or plastic grocery bags are not acceptable.
