Student Accounts
UPDATE 07/07: As of Fall 2007, Edmonds School District is using Account-Ability™ to provide student logons, class file sharing, and home access to class and student files. All student account pages contain major updates.
Each student has a unique logon, just like school district staff.
Using these logons, students and teachers gain:
- 0.5 GB (student) or 1.0 GB (staff) of server storage space
- 0.5 GB of storage space for classroom folders to submit homework and collaborate using Homework Interchange
- home access to files using WebTrekker™
- guided classroom Internet browsing using WebWarden™
- automatic file backups
- automatically mapped network printers as specified by school and teacher
- accountability for network use
