Creating Rosters in EA Plus

Teachers use Skyward Educator Access Plus (EA Plus) to look up students' alphakeys. Remove any spaces to determine user names.

  1. Go to http://eaplus.edmonds.wa-k12.net
  2. Note: To skip this step next time, from the Favorites menu, choose Add to Favorites

  3. Enter your district user name (the same ones you use to log onto your district computer)
  4. Note: User names changed in 07-08 to be the same as your district computer user name

  5. Enter your password
  6. Note: Your password is not the same as your district password. If you have never logged in before, please ask a tech contact in your building for the default password, call the Help Desk, or call Sam Gladstein. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password" link on the EA Plus login page.

  7. Click My Classes
  8. Select the class you want by clicking Class Options
  9. Click Reports
  10. Click Class Roster
  11. Select Name Key and all other options you want on the report
  12. Click Select Classes to View Report For
  13. Select the check boxes for each class you want and click Print
  14. A print queue screen opens. Your report will process for a few seconds, and then the report will display on your screen in a PDF format, which you can save or print.
