Using Private Print

A Private Print Job allows you to send a print job, such as your report cards, to a password protected folder on the hard drive of the printer. The print job is held until you enter the password at the printer. You must be at the printer to actually have the job print.

Use Private Print to print report cards/progress reports. It will prevent jobs from “stacking up” at the printer and ensure that you are at the copier/printer to receive the report cards when they are printed.
