Printer Properties on Macs
From your computer, you can control the copier, like you were standing in front of it. This will save you some time!

Opening the Properties Window
To open the Properties window:
- Open the file you want to Print
- From the File menu, choose Print
- If not already selected, click the Name drop-down arrow and select the COPIER
- Select categories from the third drop-down box to find the options described below

Properties

- Pages per sheet - Layout direction

- Two-sided printing

- Schedule when you want your document to print
- Job Accounting
- Lock your code in or build a list of codes to choose from
- Job Settings
- Click on Job Storage (e-MPS), then Private Print – enter access code (or leave as 0000)
- Printer Features – Feature Set 1
- Staple – must have Output to Internal Finisher (for KM-5035) and Tray A (for CS-6030, CS-8030)
- Printer Features – Feature Set 2
- Punch
- Booklet
- Printer Features – Feature Set 3
- Cover Mode
- Watermark
