Meadowdale High, one of five high schools in the Edmonds School District, serves approximately 1,500 students in grades 9 through 12.

Our Goals Include:

  • Math — Continue to use supplemental materials to strengthen students’ understanding and build upon recent gains in Washington Assessment of Student Learning results.
  • Reading & Writing — School-wide emphasis on reading and writing in all subject areas creates a strong foundation, and use of the Read 180 software program supports students struggling in these areas.

Our Celebrations Include:

  • Percentage of 10th-graders meeting standard on the 2007 Washington Assessment of Student Learning:
    • Reading: 86.9%
    • Math: 62.3%
    • Writing: 93.7%
    • Science: 47.2%
For more scores, please visit the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction's website.
  • Almost 400 Advanced Placement (AP) exams were taken in 2007 by Meadowdale students, covering subjects like calculus, biology, world history, and language and composition.
