Lynnwood High, one of five high schools in the Edmonds School District,
serves nearly 1,500 students in grades 9 through 12.
Our Goals Include:
- Math — Improve student learning in mathematical thinking; especially
in measurement and problem solving/logical reasoning.
- Reading & Writing — Continue to improve students’ skills in the two subsets
of literacy — reading both literary and informational texts and writing both informational and persuasive pieces.
Our Celebrations Include:
- Percentage of 10th-graders meeting standard on the 2007 Washington Assessment of Student Learning:
- Reading: 84.2%
- Math: 50.1%
- Writing: 88.5%
- Science: 29.3%
