Edmonds-Woodway High, one of five high schools in the Edmonds School District,
serves approximately 1,800 students in grades 9 through 12.
Our Goals Include:
- Math — Incorporate problems, vocabulary, and test-taking strategies into all classroom
instruction to further develop students’ confidence in their abilities.
- Reading & Writing — Monitor eligibility for Read 180, a computer-based program that
supports struggling readers and works with them at their reading level to increase achievement.
Our Celebrations Include:
- Percentage of 10th-graders meeting standard on the 2007 Washington Assessment of Student Learning:
- Reading: 91.7%
- Math: 63.9%
- Writing: 89.7%
- Science: 50.4%
