Evergreen Elementary, one of the 21 elementary schools in the Edmonds School District,
serves nearly 300 students in grades K through 6.
Our Goals Include:
- Math — Increase students’ ability to solve complex tasks and communicate results of mathematical concepts.
- Reading & Writing — Use rich and varied texts to engage students’ interest and curiosity,
and encourage participation in rich discussions by emphasizing critical thinking.
Our Celebrations Include:
- Percentage of fourth-graders meeting standard on the 2007 Washington Assessment of Student Learning:
- Reading: 72.1%
- Math: 61.8%
- Writing: 64.7%
