The following steps are to be followed:

1. Custodians submit a B-3 a month in advance of needing to swap an empty gasoline container for a full one.

2. The next time Grounds Maintenance staff pulls equipment to that site on the open trailer, they will bring with them a full container of gasoline to swap for the empty container.

3. The site will be charged for the gasoline through the B-3 cost accounting process.
