Evaluations forms are available to download in the links to the left for administrators, EEA members.
 
 
Classified employee evaluation forms are available on line through the Human Resources Staff Portal.
 
EEA Evaluation - updated for 2011-12
Most principals and managers/supervisors have the evaluation icon on their desktop.  However, if this has been deleted, it may be accessed using the steps below:
 
Point the cursor to a blank spont on your desktop
Right click on your mouse
Click on "new"
Click on "shortcut"
 
PRINCIPALS - for the deadline compliance work sheet, type in
\\schmooz1\hub\EVALUATION\??EVAL.xls -- replace the "??" with the number of your school (e.g. 01EVAL.xls for Beverly or 85EVAL.xls for Lynnwood High)
 
PRINCIPALS - for the PGAP work sheet, type in
\\schmooz1\hub\EVALUATION\??PGAP.xls - replace the "??" with the number of your school (e.g. 01EVAL.xls for Beverly or 85EVAL.xls for Lynnwood High)
 
MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS - for the deadline compliance work sheet, type in
\\schmooz1\hub\EVALUATION\??.xls - replace the "??" with your name (e.g. Byrd.xls, or Mathey.xls)
 
MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS - for the PGAP work sheet, type in
\\schmooz1\hub\EVALUATION\??PGAP.xls  (replace "??" with your name (e.g. ByrdPGAP.xls, or MaheyPGAP.xls)
