Pre-Arranged Absences

Students who know ahead of time they are going to be out of school for any of the above reasons should fill out a pre-arranged absence form.  Forms can be obtained in the Attendance Office and must be signed by all the teachers and then returned to the Attendance Office prior to the absence.
