Directions for downloading and filling out an application for CLASSIFIED employment:

2. Print the application, fill it out entirely, and sign the bottom of the second page.
• (Don't forget the Job Posting Number!)
3. Download and fill out the Classified Application Supplement.
• You will also need Acrobat Reader for this supplement.
4. If you are applying for a coaching position, download and fill out the Coaching Application Supplement.
• Acrobat Reader is required for this supplement as well.
5. Mail or fax the completed form(s) to the address or number shown below:
