Welcome to the AMS Wrestling Homepage
 
We are sorry, we had the wrong practice date on this website. Practice starts Monday Jan. 28th from 2:30 to 4:15 in the Carpet Gym. We are still taking paperwork so please make sure to get it in ASAP.
 
 
      Practice starts Monday, January 28th 2013 at 2:30pm in the Carpet Gym. Make sure you have the
following:
 
-Tight fitting or tucked in T-Shirt
-Shorts or sweats
-Wrestling Shoes or comfortable athletic shoes
-Your paperwork turned in and physical up to date
-Mouthguard (optional)
-Water bottle (optional)
-Knee pads (optional)
 
Headgear is provided.
