Approved Nonprofit Fliers for Families School Board Policy 9060 outlines the opportunity for nonprofits in our community to distribute information to students through our schools. Interested community groups and organizations may download the Request for Distribution of Information to Students: Outside Group/Organization form to begin the approval process.
Fliers must promote or contain information regarding an activity or event of possible educational, social, or recreational value or benefit to students in the district.
Fliers also must include the following disclaimer:
“The Edmonds School District does not sponsor or endorse the activity and/or information contained in this material.”

Please mark your calendars with the following dates:

Friday, June 3
The last day flier distribution requests will be accepted for the current school year.

Monday, June 6
Final distribution of all approved fliers to our school Office Managers for the current school year.

 - Any flier requests received after June 3rd will not be considered for processing until Monday, August 3.

 - No flier requests will be processed during the month of July.

August 1-26
Approved fliers will be posted on the Community eFliers webpage only.

August 29
Approved fliers are sent to the Office Managers.

September 4 and 11
No approved fliers are sent to schools during these two weeks; web posting and eNews only.

September 19
Regular processing and distribution of approved requests begins for 2016-2017.
