 Royal Athletics 2012 - 2013Lynnwood High School is a member of the WESCO 4A Conference, Northwest District One, and the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA). Students who wish to participate in athletics must follow the criteria set forth by Lynnwood High School, the Edmonds School District, and the WIAA. All participants are required to follow the Edmonds School District Extra-Curricular Activities Regulations (“Athletic Code”). To participate in athletics, students must have all paperwork on file in the Athletics’ Office before the first practice. In order to start practicing, athletes must complete:
1) Complete Athletic Clearance Forms: Eligibility Paperwork 2) Current medical/physical examination.
3) All school fines must be paid.
4) Must have a current ASB card ($45 for the 2012-2013 school year).
In addition, in order to be eligible for competition, athletes must:
1) Be academically eligible. A student must be taking at least 2.5 credits and can be failing no more than one class during their most recent grading period.
2) Pay a $123 Sports Participation Fee.
