Summer School

Middle and high school students needing to retrieve credits should consider taking courses through the district's Secondary Summer School program. Online learning also may be option. Please download the form below to learn more about what our programs offer.

Free Summer Lunches Available to Children

Even though school is out for the summer, children who would like lunch will still have access to a good meal. Free lunches, provided thanks to the Summer Meals Program offered by the United States Department of Agriculture, will be available for children ages 1 to 18 at Cedar Valley Community School in Lynnwood and the Korean United Presbyterian Church in Edmonds.

Dates: Monday – Friday, June 29 – Aug. 21, excluding Friday, July 3

Dates: Wednesday – Saturday, June 24-27

          Monday – Friday, July 6 – Aug. 28

Times: 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Times: Noon – 1 p.m. lunch

           3-3:15 p.m. snack

Location: 19200 56th Avenue W. in Lynnwood

Location: 8505 240th Street SW in Edmonds; This location is adjacent to the Korean United Presbyterian Church at 5806 238th Street SW.

Summer Music School 2009
June 23– July 10

Summer Music School (SMS) is sponsored by the Edmonds School District Visual and Performing Arts Department. This exciting program offers a variety of music performance and exploratory opportunities for students entering grades 5-12.
