Review and Provide Feedback on High School Math Instructional Materials Being
Considered for Adoption
The public is invited to review the instructional materials the Edmonds School District is currently
considering for adoption for high school in math. The dates to review are:
- 4-8 p.m. Monday, April 28 in room 35 at former Woodway High School, 23200 100th Ave. W., Edmonds
- 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 29 in room 35 at former Woodway High School, 23200 100th Ave. W., Edmonds
The High School Mathematics Team, made up of teachers, principals, and district staff, has
announced the two options moving forward in the review process: Algebra, Geometry, Advanced Algebra (The Discovering Series), published by Key Curriculum Press
(www.keypress.com); and Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 (The Larson Series), published by
McDougal Littell (www.mcdougallittell.com).
These are the
public’s opportunities to provide comments and feedback on the materials.
