Optional: Emergency Supply Kit (In gallon size zip-lock bag) – Non-perishable food (candy, granola, nuts, crackers, etc), bottle of water, small flashlight, extra socks, gloves, hat and/or scarf, hand warmers (optional), space blanket (optional but recommended), a paper with all emergency contact info; parent’s names & phone numbers, out-of-town contact number, local emergency contacts’ names and numbers.
**Items may be purchased at the Student Orientation in August. Student Planner contains the BTMS Parent/Student Handbook, discipline plan, activity calendar and department handbook.
(Other items may be required in some classes. Art, Sci-Ma-Tech, STEM, and Culinary Art classes have class fees of $15.)

Miscellaneous:
· Bus passes mailed by Transportation Dept. the last week in August to those students living outside BTMS 1 mile radius.
· Free & Reduced Lunch – Each school year a new Free & Reduced Application must be completed and submitted to the school. Forms may be submitted in August to the school or mailed directly to the Food Service Dept.

Students: A – L @ 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. M – Z @ 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Schedule for the day: Welcome by Mr. Allen and others – meeting to begin promptly at 2 p.m./5 p.m. in gym
