405
If you are on 405 North, take the exit
which takes you to I-5 South/Lynnwood. Stay in the far right lane, taking
181 almost immediately off I-5. Follow the directions below to the school.
FROM
THE NORTH (TRAVELING SOUTH ON I-5)
Take exit 181, marked Lynnwood. At the end of the exit,
turn right. You are on 196th Street Southwest. Go to the third
stoplight after the freeway and turn left onto 44th Avenue
West. Proceed on 44th approximately 1.5 miles to light at 217th Southwest.
Turn left into school driveway. Please park in the Visitor Lot that is
just past the main entrance to the school on your right. Enter by the
front door, across the pedestrian bridge.
FROM
THE SOUTH (TRAVELING NORTH ON I-5)
Take exit 181, marked Lynnwood / 44th Avenue West. Take
this long exit to the stop light on 44th Avenue West at the end of the
exit. Turn right onto 44th Avenue West. Continue on this street until
you see Mountlake Terrace High School on your left. Turn left into the
school driveway at the traffic light on 217th. Please
park in the Visitor Lot that is just past the main entrance to the school
on your right. Enter by the front door, across the pedestrian bridge.
ON
SURFACE STREETS
If you are on local surface streets, the key is 44th Avenue
West. It is a major north/south arterial and can be reached by traveling
on key east/west streets such as 188th Southwest (right out of the Alderwood
Mall), 196th Southwest or 212th Southwest or the country line road which
is 205th on the King Country grid and 244th on the Snohomish Country grid.
